Our representative will pick you up from your Hurghada resort and take you on a wonderful day trip to the reserve on one of the Mahmya boats. It takes about an hour to sail to the island. Mahmya Beach is on the southern side of Giftun Island National Park, which is off the coast of Hurghada. Mahmya means "safe" or "guarded." To protect the reef and its marine life, boats are tied to buoys outside the bay, and smaller boats will take you ashore. Once you get to the island, you can snorkel around the beautiful reef heads in the clear lagoon, walk along the sandy beach, play beach volleyball with other guests, or just relax on the pure white beach. In the lounge area of a safe island with a water trampoline for kids, there is free Wi-Fi. You can have seafood and Italian dishes for lunch in the restaurant, and later in the day you can get a drink at the bar. At last, you'll go back from a protected island to the marina, where you'll be met, helped, and taken to your hotel in Hurghada, where you can relax and spend a quiet night.
