Coptic and Islamic Cairo Tour

Start your daily tour by going to the famous Amr Ibn Al-Aas Mosque in Old Cairo, which was built in AD 642 as the center of Fustat, the new capital of Egypt at the time. Then go to the Ibn Tulun Mosque, which was built during the reign of the Abbasid ruler of Egypt, Ahmed Ibn Tulun. After that, you will visit a mosque - Sultan Hassan School near the Cairo Citadel. Inside it are many "building wonders". For example, the mosque was established to have schools for each of the four Sunni sects: Shafi'i, Maliki, Hanafi and Hanbali. Next, go to the Old Cairo complex, where you can spend some time wandering around and seeing the nearby Coptic and Jewish sites. Start by going to the Roman castle. The Hanging Church is one of the most beautiful Christian churches in the world. The Hanging Church is perhaps the oldest Christian church in Egypt. It was built within the walls of the water gate of a Roman fort. It is dedicated to the Virgin Mary and is one of the most beautiful churches in Cairo. Go to St. George's Church and Monastery, it is one of the few round churches still standing in the Middle East. Your next stop is Abu Serga, one of the places where the Holy Family lived after they left Israel to get away from King Herod. The Ben Ezra Synagogue is one of the oldest synagogues in Egypt. Set in a park with trees for shade, it was built on the site of a 4th-century church. At the end of the tour, you will go to the wonderful Coptic Museum, which is located in an area of the Babylon Citadel area that has great historical importance. When the tour ends, you will be transferred to your hotel.
