Your first stop will be the Pyramids of Giza, where you can see the famous Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinus pyramids, as well as the Great Sphinx and the Valley Temple. After that, you'll be taken to the Egyptian Museum, where you can look at thousands of objects from over 5,000 years ago. The "Enter the Mummies Room" of Tutankhamen's tomb has a number of ancient mummies that you can see for yourself. Next, we'll go to Khan El-Khalili, one of the most beautiful bazaars in the Middle East and Egypt's oldest and most interesting market. After you're done, you'll be taken back to your hotel for the night.
Our agent will pick you up from your accommodation in Cairo and take you to the airport for your flight to Aswan. When you arrive at Aswan Airport, a representative from Luxor and Aswan Travel will welcome you and assist you in retrieving your luggage. The High Dam, built in 1960 AD by Egyptian president Gamal Abdel Nasser to safeguard Egypt from the Nile flood, will be one of the highlights of your Egyptologist tour guide's upcoming discoveries in the beautiful city of Aswan. To end the day, you'll take a motorboat ride down the Nile River to Agilika Island, where you can explore the Temple of Philae, which was built during the Gaeco-Roman era and was devoted to the goddess of the same name (mother of god Horus). On your last day in Aswan, you'll be taken to the Unfinished Obelisk, a red granite monument dedicated to the Egyptian deity Amun Ra. Arriving in Aswan, you'll check into your Nile cruise and spend the night after your day trip is done.
You'll be able to have a hearty breakfast on your cruise. Next, you'll go to one of the most beautiful Egyptian temples, the Temple of Kom Ombo, where Sobek and Haroeris were worshipped for a short time. When you get back to your ship, you can eat outside on the sun deck while looking at the beautiful canyon of the Nile. In the afternoon, you can take chariot rides to the Temple of Horus in Edfu, which is one of Egypt's best-kept temples. When your trip is over, you'll be taken back to the ship. Unwind and take it easy on your boat. There will be food on board. At night, there will be a party on the ship with an Egyptian Folkloric Show that will be run by the crew.
Cruise ship brunch on the Nile In the sacred district of Thebes, you will begin your tour of Luxor's wet bank, which includes the Valley of the Kings, where ancient Egyptian pharaohs and Theban kings and rulers were buried. The Temple of Queen Hatshepsut is located in Egypt's Deir El Bahari. This temple is considered one of the best examples of ancient Egyptian architecture since it was totally carved into the rock. The voyage culminates with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon, constructed by Amenhotep III. After that, you will return to the ship for lunch. Your tour of Luxor's East Bank will finish with lunch aboard a cruise ship, following which you will get the opportunity to explore some of the region's most breathtaking attractions, including the 100-acre Karnak Temple Complex. The Temple of Luxor, constructed by a 12th dynasty king and completed by the famous pharaoh Ramses II, is a spectacular spot to conclude your visit. When you return from your day excursion, you will have dinner and spend the night on the Nile cruise.
Our agent will pick you up after your Nile cruise and drive you to Luxor International Airport, where you'll catch a flight to Sharm El Sheikh from there. Our agent will meet you at the airport and transport you to your hotel for check-in and stay in Sharm, Egypt.
