Your day will begin at 7:00 am when your driver and guide collect you from your Cairo hotel for your journey to the Bahariya Oasis, located about 360 km east of the city and taking approximately 4 hours. Upon arrival, you'll be treated to a delicious lunch at the Bahariya Oasis before commencing your sightseeing. Your first stop will be the exhibition hall of the golden mummies, followed by a visit to the tombs of the nobles from the XXVI dynasty (2 tombs). These tombs are a significant burial site and offer a fascinating glimpse into Egypt's rich history. Lastly, you'll have the opportunity to explore the tomb of Bannantiu located in the Bahariya Oasis in the Western Desert of Egypt.
After enjoying breakfast, you'll embark on a visit to some of the most breathtaking natural attractions in Egypt. You'll begin by driving to the Black Desert and the hot springs of El Haize (St. George's Oasis) before exploring the quartz crystal formations in Crystal Mountain and the unique rock formations in the Agabat Valley. Next, you'll venture to the White Desert National Park, which is renowned as one of Egypt's most famous desert destinations. Here, you'll be awed by the spectacular wind-carved rock formations that resemble giant mushrooms or pebbles, making it a truly unparalleled natural wonder. You'll end the day with an overnight stay, either camping in the White Desert or staying at the Farafra Oasis hotel, depending on availability.
Enjoy breakfast at the camp with great views of the sunrise. Later you will be returned to Cairo.
