Our representative will pick you up from your hotel in Hurghada or El Gouna in a modern, private, air-conditioned car to take you to Cairo. Your Egyptologist guide will meet you at Cairo Airport and take you to see the pyramids of Khufu, Khafre, and Mycenos, the Great Sphinx, which has the head of a pharaoh and the body of a lion and dates back to the time of King Khafre, and the temple of the Pyramid Valley of Khafre.In Cairo, lunch will be served at a good local restaurant. Then you will go to the Egyptian Museum, which has things from the time of the Pharaohs. The museum has a rare collection of art from Egypt that dates back 5,000 years. It is thought to be the largest collection of Egyptian art in the world. More than 250,000 original artefacts have been shown, including an exhibit about Tutankhamun's collection of treasures, gold, and jewellery that had been in his tomb for more than 3,500 years before it was excavated in the 1920s.Continue driving to Islamic Cairo, where you can visit Cairo's old bazaar, Khan El Khalili. In the evening, you will be taken to Cairo Airport for a flight to Luxor. When you arrive in Luxor, you will be met and taken to your hotel. You will spend the night in Luxor.
After having breakfast at your hotel in Luxor, an English-speaking tour guide will take you in a private, air-conditioned car to see the beautiful Karnak Temples, which are the world's largest place of worship. In Luxor, lunch will be served at a restaurant in the city. Then, you'll be taken to the west bank of the Nile to see the two huge statues of Amenhotep III (Colossus of Memnon). After that, you'll go to the Valley of the Kings, where the beautiful tombs were found. You'll see 3 tombs, but not Tutankhamun's.The tour will continue to the Temple of Hatshepsut at Deir el-Bahari. This beautiful temple is dedicated to Queen Hatshepsut, who was Egypt's only pharaoh.Lastly, you will be driven about 4 hours from Luxor to your hotel in Hurghada in a private, air-conditioned car.
